關於香港人到台灣的出境入境問題

是這樣的,

我的朋友是位香港人,我們要到沖繩遊玩(跟團), 他要先從香港飛到台灣(入境), 我們再從台灣跟著團一起到沖繩(出境)

回程時, 從沖繩回到台灣(入境台灣) 同一天晚一點的飛機再回香港(出境)

現在問題就是,他是香港人, 請問他可以在同一天入境台灣又出境台灣嗎?

有沒有證件上的一些規定? 已上如此可行嗎?

詢問了好幾家台灣的航空公司都說不清楚香港的作業模式... 希望有了解這一類問題的大大可以幫忙解答
