楊伊湄今天凌晨睡不著，突然在臉書po出自己連日來的瘦身歷程，洋洋灑灑寫了長文，稱自己從小就是「肉包子胖妹」，現努力靠飲食及運動，力求身形窈窕，但粉絲們所有目光，卻被她自po出的照片所吸引，張張都是三點式穿著大法，除有些撩起上衣，內在美內波濤洶湧，有幾張遮住重點部位，對粉絲更有腦補裸照之療效，瘋狂按讚。

楊伊湄雖瘦身有成，卻也自嘲：「(當然，馬甲線還不是很明顯啦，我會持續努力的，就當作是對自己的承諾囉)。」看來頗為謙虛，但從她的瘦身箭頭示意圖，確實看得出身形雕塑日趨完美，除了一點點的腰、一點點的下盤感、一點點掰掰袖跟一點點的肩膀外，其他真的一切都還好。
