獸父愛和女兒洗澡　辯稱：體質特殊常勃起

苗栗一名獸父從女兒就讀幼稚園起就喜歡和女兒一起洗澡，而且每次洗澡就會勃起，直到被妻子撞見後才提告揭發惡行；全案經台中高分院審理後，在今（29）日依強制猥褻罪，判處有期徒刑5年10個月。

根據了解，妻子在提告時表示，她曾多次撞見丈夫和女兒一起洗澡，而且丈夫都有勃起的狀況，因此要求丈夫注意自己的行為，也警告女兒不要在和丈夫一起洗澡；但沒想到之後又看見丈夫和女兒一起洗澡，而且誇張的是，丈夫竟然在勃起的狀況下，抱著女兒坐在兩腿之間，因此憤而撥打113婦幼專線揭發丈夫惡行。

庭訊時，女兒供稱，父親會「用高高的小鳥，碰我尿尿的地方。」但這名獸父卻辯稱，自己體質特殊，經常會勃起，並無不良意圖，不過未獲法官採信；全案經台中高分院審理後，在今日依強制猥褻罪，判處有期徒刑5年10個月。
