台南市長賴清德連任選情難以撼動，旺旺中時29日發布民調顯示，賴清德以67.7%的支持度，大幅領先國民黨參選人黃秀霜的7.9%。在看好度上，也有高達68.8％的人認為賴可穩居寶座，泛藍挺賴也多有人在。

身兼國民黨主席的馬英九總統6月初出席台南市黨部舉辦的固本會報，親自授戰旗給台南市長參選人黃秀霜，並向鄉親懇託支持。嘉義市長黃敏惠肩負國民黨輔選台南市任務，要如何翻轉局勢，也成為她的難題。

該調查由艾普羅民調公司執行，於11至13日進行，以住宅電話簿為抽樣清冊，再用抽出電話號碼的尾2數進行隨機取號。共成功訪問864位合格選民。訪問結果經加權處理，在95％信心水準下，抽樣誤差為正負3.3％。
