蘇格蘭獨立 倫敦房地產將受惠

（中央社台北15日電）彭博報導，根據房地產網站Rightmove Plc.指出，如果蘇格蘭公投決定獨立，加上某些金融機構決定遷回英國，倫敦房地產市場將有望受惠。

Rightmove在月度房價調查報告中指出，倫敦將會是「合理的目的地，影響所及將額外創造就業，引爆房市需求。」

Rightmove報告顯示，倫敦9月房價較8月攀升0.9%，終止連續3個月頹勢。

蘇格蘭皇家銀行（Royal Bank of Scotland GroupPlc）與駿懋銀行集團（Lloyds Banking Group Plc）上週相繼表態，如果蘇格蘭18日舉行公投決定獨立，它們打算搬回英國。最新出爐的民調數字相當接近，顯示蘇格蘭獨立公投不到最後一刻恐難見分曉。

倫敦房地產市場近幾個月來出現降溫跡象，Rightmove表示，倫敦平均房價目前較5月高峰拉回5.9%。倫敦房市高燒漸退，部分原因是自2013年來房價飆漲，導致許多人無力購屋。另外，外國買家則飽受加稅與英鎊走強所苦。

不過，Rightmove認為，若以全國來看，蘇格蘭獨立恐有衝擊消費者與打亂房市之虞。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1030915
