國民黨假處分抗告　王金平要求公開抽籤

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北地院13日裁准王金平可暫時行使黨權假處分案，但他駁回他要求立法院不得註銷他立委名譽的緊急處置聲請，國民黨已在昨天提出抗告，王金平對於緊急處置部分，今日下午4時將至台北地院聲明捨棄抗告權，隨後將至高院針對國民黨抗告案要求公開抽籤分案。
 
王金平的律師許英傑表示，捨棄抗告的目的，是在於希望讓案件早日落幕，不要再浪費司法資源；據了解，若北院在今天確定王金平已不提抗告，預計明天將全案送高院。
