綠營鎖門杯葛核四 藍營找人剪鎖

【陳郁仁、李英婷／台北報導】為阻擋國民黨立委運用人數優勢，在今天立院臨時會院會，強勢表決通過核四公投案，民進黨立委昨傍晚搶進立院議場，展開徹夜守備，要讓今天院會開不成，還用機車大鎖把主席台的門鎖上。今早藍營立委雖然四點半就動員，多次試圖攻下主席台，都未果。藍委透露，藍營打算請出立法院長王金平幫忙，讓議事人員剪掉門上的大鎖，但綠委段宜康、尤美女等人則坐在門外把守，防止進攻。藍委說目前無法透過朝野協商解決僵局，所以藍營將有一波波的攻堅行動。
