通緝9年酒駕被抓 報胞弟名應答

男子李明峰（41歲）因毒品案被判刑6年，卻逃避執行，台北地檢署2004年6月1日發布通緝，今年5月22日李騎車酒駕，被士林分局員警攔下，李的酒測值0.48毫克。員警請騎士在酒精濃度測定單和移置保管車輛通知單上簽名，李卻簽胞弟的名字，被依偽造文書罪嫌送辦。士林地檢署偵結起訴，聲請簡易判決處刑。
