這問題很簡單，老闆的思考邏輯很簡單，就是--- 用最少的錢，請到幫他賺最多錢的人。 就這句金科玉律而已。 至於能力強弱怎麼區分？ 態度好壞又怎麼區分？ 有上百上千種組合方式， 不同的產業，老闆考量點也會不同，但不變的就是這句真理。 所以如何能成為被老闆留住的人，只要你輔合這句判斷式即可，沒啥偉大的道理。 如果你能讓老闆暫時打破這個原則，只為留住你，那我就真的要給你鼓掌了， 這代表你有真正的本事。 因為一個老闆的社會經驗太豐富了，他看過各式各樣的人， 他知道怎樣的人花多少錢就可以取代了，不管你能力是多強或是態度怎樣， 能讓他打破這原則，除非他發現難得一見的奇才，非常需要你的能力... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.68.36
