台北東區夜店發生刑警、遭圍毆致死案，主嫌--曾威豪和他的女友--劉芯彤，以及聯繫兄弟前來的蕭叡鴻，因為涉嫌犯下''殺人重罪''、而且有逃亡、串證、滅證之虞，今天凌晨裁定、收押禁見，不過一聽到這個消息，劉芯彤不僅當初的殺氣狂妄，全沒了，還當庭、嚎啕大哭。而其他12名共犯，各以5到10萬元交保。檢方表示，聚眾人數達50人，哪些圍觀，哪些有動手，後續還在偵辦中。
