創新高 大陸工行發96億獅城債

綜合財經媒體報導，中國工商銀行近日已發行通稱「獅城債」的離岸人民幣債券，新加坡與台灣市場合計人民幣40億元（約96億新台幣）。

獅城債的由來是新加坡被俗稱為「獅城」，3款債券15日正式發行，20億元的人民幣計價2年期債券全數投入星國，7億元的人民幣計價5年期債券、13億元的7年期債券，於新加坡與台灣雙重上市。

金融時報報導，這也是台灣、新加坡兩個人民幣離岸市場首次跨境合作。

金融時報並指，這是迄今最大規模的獅城債，打破了工行2013年自己創下的20億元紀錄，這也是中資銀行首次以雙重上市的形式發債。

報導說，此次獅城債的發行凸顯，自工行2013年在新加坡啟動人民幣清算服務以來，新加坡作為人民幣離岸中心的地位迅速成熟。
