「扭蛋」拖過黃金期　睪丸黑如皮蛋壞死

高雄市2名正值青春期男孩，均因左側睪丸劇痛求診，經檢查都是睪丸扭轉，但因就醫時間不同，其中1人因未在黃金6小時內解除扭「蛋」危機，左睪丸已缺血壞死摘除。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，高雄長庚醫院近2個月有2起睪丸扭轉病例，分別是12歲及13歲男孩，其中1人在3小時內即就醫；另一名3天後才求醫，睪丸黑如皮蛋、缺血壞死，只好摘除。

泌尿科醫師李偉嘉說，睪丸扭轉是泌尿科的急症，黃金時間僅6到8小時。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
