未來「開腦」民眾可以省一筆！衛福部健保署今（28）天宣布，下周一起，將腦部手術、鼻淚管手術與高頻熱凝療法等31項「單次使用拋棄式」手術自費特材，全納入健保給付，以最貴的腦部開顱手術鑽頭為例，民眾可省1萬元。健保署表示，預估健保將多支出2.7億，但有約3萬6600人可受惠。

健保署表示，9月1日起，正式修訂腦部手術25項、鼻淚管手術5項與高頻熱凝療法1項，把這些手術過程中「單次使用可拋棄式」的特材費用，以包裹給付方式納入健保，民眾不必再自掏腰包。

健保署醫務管理組專門委員陳真慧表示，以腦部開顱手術為例，為了快速安全，自動偵測切割的深度、組織特性，降低手術風險，並減少手術時間及麻醉時間，過去民眾必須自費最高1萬元，購買新式高速切割系統鑽頭，但以後全免。

另外，嚴重的鼻淚管阻塞病患，因眼睛表面積水常淚流不止、眼睛不舒服、視線模糊、紅腫痛等，需接受手術治療，過去也必須自費購買約2600元的「研磨鑽頭」，現在也納入健保給付。

健保署強調，未來也會努力於財務許可範圍內，持續將民眾所需的新式醫材與技術納入健保給付，以減輕民眾自費醫療負擔。
