馬英九：任內完成4G 90%覆蓋率
中華電總經理石木標表示，全球LTE網路商轉前3年，用戶數已超過2億戶，年成長率400%；截至2014年6月止，全球已有107個國家，300個LTE商用網路在營運中，台灣為其中的第296個商用網路。他認為，台灣4G腳步雖然有點太慢，但仍可以急起直追；目前中華電4G用戶達10萬戶，預計至2016年5月前將可拿下400萬用戶，市占率達4成。
