文化資產局 邀你三月紙上迎媽祖

每年到了農曆3月23日媽祖誕辰前後，鑼響鼓鳴、熱鬧非凡的媽祖遶境進香活動，伴隨著蜂擁而至的信徒，構成臺灣特有的「3月瘋媽祖」動人畫面，也呈現出臺灣民俗文化豐富的內蘊與精髓。

文化部文化資產別委託遠足文化公司，將3項國家指定重要民俗文化資產：「白沙屯媽祖進香」、「大甲媽祖遶境進香」、「北港朝天宮迎媽祖」，規劃製作3冊圖文精彩、資訊實用的「國定民俗系列叢書」，今天舉行新書發表會。

書中最大特色，是將三大媽祖民俗活動內容，例如長達數百公尺的遶境進香隊伍、媽祖神轎的外觀與內觀、遶境進香重要儀式與過程等等，透過豐富精采的照片、精細生動的插畫與解說，讓讀者一目了然，輕鬆認識民俗文化資產的真實風貌。
