為了吃餅乾分心撞死人 駕駛賠600萬

好貴的餅乾，1包6百萬，苗栗縣一名大貨車司機，開車經過國道三號，因為肚子餓拿餅乾吃，結果分心，沒注意到車子偏到路肩，撞死一名拖吊車駕駛，貨車司機和家屬達成和解，要賠6百萬元。

開車分心撞死人，大貨車肇事之後，警方從駕駛座上發現一包新加坡進口的葡萄餅乾，原來分心原因是肚子餓想吃餅乾，這包餅乾的代價是6百萬。記者(2013.11.13)：「沒看到路肩有拖吊車嗎？」肇事貨車駕駛：「沒注意到。」記者：「沒注意到？」肇事貨車駕駛：「對。」記者：「有打瞌睡嗎？」肇事貨車駕駛：「沒有沒有。」

車禍發生在去年11月，大貨車司機車上載滿蔬菜，準備從苗栗到台北市交貨，經過國道三後後龍路段，因為肚子餓，低頭要拿放在副駕駛座上的餅乾，打算拆開來吃，沒注意到車子已經偏到路肩，高速撞上正在拖吊故障車輛的拖吊車駕駛，當場死亡，而拖吊車駕駛的喪禮，苗栗沿線拖吊同業都來送行，留下太太和3個小孩，家人很痛心。

死者母親：「他工作好好的，一下就沒了，我看他連痛都不知道就走了。」

貨車司機事後積極處理，終於和家屬達成和解，賠償6百萬元，至於刑事部分，法官考量犯後有悔意，判1年、緩刑3年，給他改過自新的機會，再怎麼餓，也不能在高速公路上分心拿餅乾吃。
