梅克爾告訴普亭 克島公投非法

德國總理梅克爾今天告訴俄羅斯總統普亭，她認為克里米亞半島本月擬舉行的加入俄羅斯公投「並不合法」。

梅克爾發言人塞柏特（Steffen Seibert）在說明梅克爾與普亭電話交談內容時，作此表示。她說：「總理聲明德國的立場，直指3月16日克里米亞公投非法。說此公投不僅違反烏克蘭憲法，也牴觸國際法。」

塞柏特在措詞嚴厲的訊息中說，梅克爾也表示，她「很遺憾，組成國際接觸小組，以協助尋找化解烏克蘭衝突政治方法及解決案的事情，一直未獲進展」。

塞柏特指出，總理強調，有迫切需要須在此方面獲致結果。
