平盤放空解禁 曾銘宗：中性措施

金管會今日祭出「平盤以下放空全面解禁」，台股開盤漲46點，金管會主委曾銘宗表示，措施是中性的，希望能讓市場機制進一步發揮。

「平盤以下放空」解禁後，1200檔上市上櫃股票得為融資融券證券，可平盤下融券及借券賣出。新制實施後，標的證券當日收盤價若跌停，次交易日暫停平盤以下得融券賣出，再次一交易日恢復。
