【獨家】丁小芹又被控詐欺　這次還錢了

藝人丁小芹自創品牌服飾VIII風波不斷，除遭投資人蕭光駿等人提出民、刑事告訴，以及找外籍模特兒拍攝形象網路影片未付錢被追債，還因委託廣告公司設計平面廣告未付錢，再度挨告詐欺，所幸丁小芹趕緊還錢，告訴人同意撤告，台北地檢署昨將她不起訴。

據了解，這起事件發生在去年間，丁小芹委託從事廣告設計的楊姓男子，替公司製作一系列的平面廣告，待楊男完成交貨後，丁女卻遲不付數萬元的款項，楊男多次打電話催款，丁女總是用LINE回說「今天會計會出帳」，再不然就是「我今天身體不舒服」，楊男見丁女沒有付款的意思，提出詐欺告訴。

丁女得知挨告後，立即付款結清，因此當台北地檢署因為蕭光駿控告丁女涉犯誹謗罪，發出傳票令丁女出庭時，丁女誤以為是這起詐欺案，一直沒有出庭，等到檢察官開出拘票，丁女到庭後，才知道被拘提的案子是另起誹謗案，而非詐欺案。（呂志明／台北報導）
