新北稽查八里廢油清運廠

新北市蘆洲警分局八里分駐所13日通報在八里區長道坑發現食用廢油清運廠設置油槽，市政府聯合稽查小組今天上午前往查察，發現這家尤加利環保公司，公司合法登記在三重區，但違規設廠在八里區的農業用地，且有汙染環境的事實。

許姓業者指出，公司已成立10年，八里清運廠設置約1年，他們專收新竹以北的飯店、餐廳廢食用油，集中在八里之後，再用油槽車每天運約18公噸廢油至三峽區的油脂公司提煉生質柴油。

但是令稽查人員懷疑的是，經濟部已於今年5月停止生質柴油推廣計畫，目前市面上的使用量不高，生產生質柴油是賠錢生意，因此衛生局將擴大追查三峽區的油脂公司與相關生質能源公司，追查廢食用油流向。

此外已依廢棄物清理法開罰髒亂汙染地面，並將請農業局針對工廠設在農地違反使用分區進行查處。
