【綜合報導】苗栗縣通霄鎮一家卡拉OK店，疑有女坐檯且深夜噪音擾鄰，遭鄰居蔡姓婦人檢舉，上月底歇業後，店家竟將店改為葬儀社，取名「坵俸」，與蔡婦名字「秋鳳」同音，還播放誦經聲觸蔡婦霉頭。蔡婦氣得多次打1999縣民熱線求助都沒用，蔡婦昨痛罵：「難道要我跟大埔一樣，跳樓死給劉政鴻看！」

通霄派出所昨表示，蔡秋鳳檢舉黃明富（35歲）播放佛經聲妨害安寧，欲依《社會秩序維護法》取締處罰，但都沒人在，經聯絡黃男，對方已知所節制，不再整天播放佛經。苗栗縣府指出，接獲蔡婦求助電話，環保局曾前往偵測，但誦經聲未達噪音標準，難以取締。記者昨電話聯繫黃男，但沒人接聽不知其回應。
