小菜鳥進公司也一年出頭了,擔任的是採購職務最近主管通知因為我表現良好,要幫我加薪 +500元.......Q_____Q 當下我有點說不出話來雖然她安慰我這是因為公司營收不好balabala 但是看到這個數字我真的心涼了繼而開始考慮自己在這間公司的未來了對我來說起薪反而不是重點,重要的是上頭能不能對你的付出做出等值的考核不知道大家的加薪幅度低於什麼樣的範圍時, 會開始對公司產生疑慮及放棄呢...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.63.193
