26歲的寶兒貴為所屬的SM娛樂董事，身家超過3.2億台幣，她位在韓國南揚州的家被稱為「田園住宅」，有寬敞庭院、大涼亭，屋內設計並不華麗，僅有床、沙發等基本家具，讓她回家就很放鬆。特別的是，房子是她小時候由父親親手打造，曾被拍賣掉，她花30億韓圜（約8219萬台幣）再次買回，是她的無價之寶。

韓團JYJ團員金俊秀的家也有獨立庭院，搭配小型噴泉、瀑布，讓他在坡州的家盡顯愜意，屋內則有KTV、電腦室等豪華設備，地下室還有乒乓球檯。他的團員朴有天、金在中還常到家中作客飲酒，韓國地產專家推估，他家現值約18億韓圜（約4932萬台幣）。
