中央政府103年預算歲入歲出差短，尚須融資調度財源為2,739億元。行政院閣員建議加稅根本解決，院長江宜樺同意部會進一步研議。對此，行政院發言人鄭麗文今（14）日表示，言之過早。

行政院長江宜樺日前主持103年度計畫及預算審核會議全體會議，政院會後新聞稿指出，歲入歲出差短2,099億元，連同債務還本640億元，合計尚須融資調度財源為2,739億元，「全數以發行公債及賒借收入予以彌平」。

至於外傳政府規劃出售合庫金、兆豐金、台積電及中鋼等上市櫃公司股票，初估約500億元，鄭麗文會後受訪說，可能是腹案，會議沒有討論。

現又傳出在當天的會議中，朱敬一、薛琦等閣員主張加稅徹底解決財政根本，江宜樺也首度鬆口，「稅收攸關國家永續發展，要求財政部研議參考」。

鄭麗文今早受訪表示，朱敬一是指出根本問題，但租稅負擔率是非常嚴肅的大問題，無法在預算編審會議中完整討論，江宜樺才指示擇期研議，並沒有預設時間表和立場，據此評論是否加稅還「言之過早」。
