國際特赦組織籲台簽禁止酷刑公約

洪案引發民眾憤怒，凸顯台灣軍中酷刑問題，國際特赦組織今天發出聲明，要求台灣政府簽署加入「國際禁止酷刑公約」，禁止酷刑和其他不人道的懲處。

國際特赦組織要求台灣政府確保所有相關申訴和事件都能獲得獨立單位迅速且公正的調查，涉嫌從事酷刑的人則應於調查期間暫停職務，並確保受害者能獲得國家賠償及適當的醫療照護。
