十月漲電價？藍委籲江揆慎思

行政院長江宜樺日前接受udn TV專訪時指出，十月一定實施第二階段電價調漲。國民黨立委蔡錦隆表示，行政院無法苦民所苦，又不尊重立法院，希望江宜樺慎思。

蔡錦隆曾於五月在黨團大會提案且通過，要求應在經濟成長率連續三季超過百分之三時，才能調漲電價。

蔡錦隆說，他的提案是最直接的民意訴求，但行政院也不說清楚非漲不可的理由，「藐視」黨團決議，以後重大法案行政院自己搞定，都不要黨團背書；現在經濟狀況不好，希望能減輕民眾負擔跟壓力，但行政院卻跟立法院「對幹」，「難怪民調會這麼低」。
