創見的產品每次遇到故障換貨都非常快速,線上客服也都很親切協助處理,感覺服務很好
使用過plextor ssd對它的效能品質穩定性也很滿意, 直到後來貪便宜買了威鋼sx900 256G後
過了一年壞掉了, 送修竟要等7-14工作天(客服說記憶體也一樣)
如果一般公司電腦故障那能忍受超過7天無電腦可用?
這種維修效率要當一線品牌也難...
經過這次事件後不想再買威鋼產品了....
