請問有經驗的大大@@
我現在有10多天的補休假了.聽說在離職後.
還有補休假未放完.是可以換成薪資的.

但是我公司有"給假辦法"中說到...直接人員沒放完是換成薪資.但間接人員是不沒錢的....所以請問這樣子.我還可以換成薪資嗎?

如果說可以的話.請問可以拿哪一條法則去要求人資單位呢?
又如果人資單位堅持不給.是否找勞工局解決嗎?
