西班牙宰巴西　3連勝晉16強

世界盃地主西班牙，今天預賽第3戰出戰巴西，靠當家球星賈索(Pau Gasol)再度制霸禁區，攻下全場最高26分、9籃板與3阻攻，以82比63宰掉巴西，拿下3連勝，也提前晉級16強。
 
西班牙首節以一波30比14強攻向巴西下馬威後，即掌控整個戰局，也以一路領先之姿拿下最後勝利，除了賈索15投11中幾乎彈無虛發外，「雙衛」羅德里奎茲(Sergio Rodriguez)與卡岱龍(Jose Calderon)各下12分與10分，裡應外合讓巴西防不勝防。
 
巴西雖擁有NBA 3大長人騎士前鋒瓦瑞豪(Anderson Varejao)、馬刺中鋒史普利特(Tiago Splitter)、巫師前鋒奈奈(Nene)，但仍拿賈索沒轍，勇士後衛巴柏沙(Leandro Barbosa)11分進帳已是全隊最高。（蔡裕隆／綜合報導）
