馬航事故後冷漠貼文 新航致歉

新加坡航空公司(Singapore Airlines，SIA)就馬來西亞航空公司班機墜毀後的一份不當網路貼文，發表公開道歉。
搭載298人的馬航MH17班機18日在烏克蘭東部遭飛彈擊落，機上人員全數罹難。
在這起悲劇發生後數小時，新加坡航空公司在臉書和推特上貼文，內容指出「顧客可能希望知道，新加坡航空公司班機不使用烏克蘭領空。」
這種言論引發譴責，認為在馬航事故發生後，新航第一時間應該先向出事航空公司及遇難者家屬表示哀悼，而不是發出這種冷漠的貼文。
新加坡航空公司澄清，這個貼文是為了回應許多顧客的詢問，但如果因此冒犯了其它顧客或任何人，新航願意道歉。
新航同時也向MH17航班的乘客及機組人員及其家屬表示慰問。
