德國國會調查美國情報單位監聽小組，將請揭露美國監聽作業的美國中情局前雇員史諾登作證。一位左派黨的議員向媒體證實，調查小組內各黨派成員都同意請史諾登擔任證人之一。

德國司法部曾透露，美國政府已向德國提出引渡史諾登的要求。如果史諾登來到德國，必然會讓德國政府陷入兩難。

由於德國政府不希望史諾登親自到德國國會答覆詢問，很可能調查小組會安排透過視訊讓小組成員與史諾登進行問答，也可能會安排小組成員到莫斯科與史諾登見面，在當地進行問答。

德國媒體指出，基民／基社聯盟的國會議員堅持以視訊或是派代表到莫斯科進行史諾登作證的問答，綠黨和左派黨人士則認為應該請史諾登到柏林。小組的社民黨成員則表示，哪一種方式進行都可以。

綠黨國會議員史卓貝勒（Christian Stroebele）去年11月曾經到莫斯科與史諾登見面，當時史諾登表示，願意協助德國調查美國監聽問題。史諾登還透過史卓貝勒轉交信函給德國政府、國會和聯邦檢察長。(中央社)
