涉包庇色情 雄檢起訴7警

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄9日電）高雄市有員警涉嫌集體包庇色情業者，高雄地檢署偵結，將7名官警及10名業者依貪瀆、洩密等罪提起公訴。

被起訴的7名官警包括市警局鹽埕分局保防組長黃欽信、市警局維新小組督察員蔡錦德、民權路派出所所長徐文鴻、中正三路派出所所長侯令國、十全路派出所主管陳世元、警員周建中、黃智勇。

起訴書指出，李姓等色情業者於民國98年11月間起，由警員黃智勇充當白手套，以招待飲宴、行賄或送禮等方式，要求涉案官警配合減少臨檢轄區聲色場所次數、不予取締或洩漏臨檢勤務。

黃智勇並收受業者新台幣40多萬元賄款，按月行賄涉案官警。案經警政署政風室移送法辦。1030509
