憂退場 永達教職員明將抗議

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣17日電）屏東永達技術學院一群教職員工對於教育部拖延公布永達招生名額不滿，指教育部惡質輔導私校，明天將在校內拉白布條抗議。

永達技術學院被教育部列入3月底前需提出改善計畫否則退場的學校，高鳳數位內容學院上週公告退場後，永達校方立刻發出聲明，指欠教職員工薪水已還清，並表示，將增設社工系，改名台灣產業學院。

擔心高鳳退場會牽連到永達，署名「全體永達教職員工」的聲明在今天發出，針對近日教育部公開發表有關永達的言論提出10項嚴正聲明，包括堅決反對教育部以所謂的「退場機制」命令永達停辦，將傾全力支持學校；校方絕無積欠任何教職員薪資等。

聲明指出，大學院校過多是教育部自己犯下的嚴重錯誤，但教育部一再以停辦手段威脅永達、不給永達招生名額、惡意苛扣獎助金等，解決方法竟然都是要讓私校的教職員失業。

聲明表示，教育部必須承擔因拖延公布招生名額的全部責任，全體教職員將依國家賠償法向教育部請求損害賠償。1030217
