「來叔叔房間吹冷氣」　色男逼女童摸鳥

澎湖1名罹患精神分裂症的伍姓男子，前年8月20日下午，見住附近的2名8歲女童到他家客廳和小狗玩耍，因天氣炎熱，伍男於是詢問女童：「要不要來我房間吹冷氣？」其中1名王姓女童機警，趕緊帶另名女童小雪(化名)回祖母家，沒想到伍男跟著2人，走到王姓女童祖母家門口徘徊，向2名女童招手，並告訴小雪：「跟我走。」
 
小雪好奇跟著伍男回家後，伍男再度以「來叔叔房間吹冷氣」為由，拐騙小雪進房，還開電腦給小雪玩。小雪玩了一會想回家，卻突遭伍男抱到床上，伍男還脫下褲子，掏出下體說：「幫叔叔摸一下。」強拉小雪左手撫摸，小雪嚇得哭喊，匆匆逃回王姓女童祖母家中求救，報警處理。
 
高雄高分院審理時，法官審酌伍男坦承犯行，有意願與被害人和解，且因罹患精神分裂症多次進出醫院，依強制猥褻罪判他1年10月徒刑。最高法院日前駁回伍男上訴，全案定讞。(賴又嘉／台北報導)
