標題[問題]Galaxy J進入黑屏幕鎖定後沒英文鍵可用

如題各位板友好前兩個月購入了這隻手機 Galaxy J 用到目前對它各方面表現都很滿意!! 只是昨天有個問題不知道怎了, 本來我都有設定手機開機密碼昨天當閒置一段時間進入黑屏的保護程式後想開密碼鎖卻沒有英文鍵盤可用! 切換中英文鍵盤只有中文的注音,但切換成英文鍵盤來輸入英文密碼卻沒有正常的英文鍵盤可用!!
