勒索毒販 前桃警判刑16年

（中央社記者黃意涵台北11日電）桃園縣平鎮警分局偵查隊前黃姓小隊長被控勒索毒販、為毒販掉包尿液，甚至與女毒販相戀產女。高院今天判黃男16年徒刑。

依台灣高等法院判決，黃男於民國94至98年間擔任桃園縣警察局平鎮分局偵查隊小隊長時，以逮捕毒販時撞壞偵防車為由，向毒販勒索修車費、為毒販掉包尿液檢體，收賄新台幣數十萬元。已婚的黃男因此案與杜姓女毒販交往，杜女並產下一女。

桃園地方法院一審依違反貪污治罪條例等罪，判處黃男有期徒刑20年、褫奪公權10年；杜女與外甥女則因販毒分別被判刑16年、8年，杜女並褫奪公權1年。

台灣高等法院審理後，認為黃男部分罪行僅杜女1人指控，證據不足而改判無罪，改判他應執行16年徒刑、褫奪公權6年。杜女部分改9年徒刑，褫奪公權1年；杜女的外甥女則判刑4年6月。全案可上訴。1021211
