億光(2393-TW)與日系大廠日亞化專利權大戰在中國大陸地區受阻，日亞化今(6)日表示，北京市第一中級人民法院判決駁回億光請求、維持日亞化2項YAG基本專利的有效性。億光表示，內部正在研議中，將尋求最好的應對策略。

日亞化學工業株式會社表示，日亞化收到了北京市第一中級人民法院的判決書，判決書為中國國家知識產權局的直屬單位專利複審委員會宣告2件日亞化YAG專利(ZL97196762.8, ZL03159595.2)有效的審查決定。

億光不服上述決定，向北京市第一中級人民法院請求推翻上述決定。在該判決書中，北京市第一中級人民法院駁回了億光公司的全部請求，維持了2件日亞化YAG專利有效的決定。
