ECB利率維持不變，歐元兌美元創8個月新高

一如市場預期，歐洲央行(ECB)2日於利率例會後宣布指標再融資、邊際貸款、以及隔夜存款利率均維持不變，依序為0.5%、1%與0.0%。ECB總裁德拉吉重申，若有需要，會竭盡必要手段控制市場利率。

由於週四是德國國定假日，因此本月ECB貨幣決策會議較往常提前一日，並由法蘭克福移師至巴黎舉行。德拉吉於會後記者會上表示，將持續嚴密監控貨幣市場動態，所有可用政策選項都在考慮之內，包含新一輪的長期再融資操作(LTRO)。

義大利總理Enrico Letta當日在國會信任案投票中以壓倒性票數獲勝，在305位出席投票議員中獲得235票，成功避免內閣崩盤。前總理貝魯斯柯尼(Silvio Berlusconi)原試圖藉由信任投票扳倒政府，無奈同黨同志不團結，因此在投票前提前繳械求和。

受ECB貨幣政策按兵不動，以及政治面消息利多激勵，歐元兌美元盤中升值0.52%至1.36，創2月初以來新高；英鎊兌美元亦升值0.23%，暫報1.6235。
