2013年09月14日13:55 【辛啟松／台南報導】 台南市政府為了安置鐵路地下化拆遷戶，都發局長吳欣修今宣布將在生產 路、大同路口的南台南站副都心推出「專案照顧住宅方案」，每坪地價 9 萬500元，該處約5700坪，至少會蓋470戶，供至少 365戶符合資格的房屋 拆除戶抽籤選購。 反台南鐵路東移自救會上午也帶著抗議標語到記者會外頭陳情，代表們說 ，不管市府把照顧方案說的多好聽，但只要一天不召開聽證會，他們就不 會接受。市府先前承諾「爭議未決、暫停一切程序」的承諾，當場破功， 他們呼籲市長賴清德及市府團隊儘速召開聽證會，不要再模糊焦點。 都發局長吳欣修表示，鐵路地下化專案照顧大樓地點在生產路、大同路的 國有地，經地價審計委員會通過，該處面積約5700坪，每坪地價9萬500元 ，換算總地價是 5億1500多萬元。比較周圍崇明路、崇德路新建案，每坪 平均售價約20萬元，專案照顧住宅方案的成本價「會非常優惠」。 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/new/20130914/258834/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.23.13
