本報訊

一名鄭姓男子日前在KTV廁所「撿屍」，趁機對一名男子上下其手。台北地院依乘機猥褻罪判處10月有期徒刑，全案可上訴。

法院判決指出，鄭男在1月間到台北市一家KTV歡唱，結果在KTV廁所看到20多歲的被害人酒醉倒在地，於是將被害人扶到沙發區休息。他眼見四下無人，被害人酒醉昏沉，趁機脫掉被害人的褲子，上下其手20秒。

他後來假好心送被害人回家，結果卻性侵被害人。被害人意識清醒後，隨即報警處理。

法院審理時，他坦承猥褻被害人，法官考量他利用被害人酒醉趁機猥褻，不但破壞人際信任關係，更妨害被害人性自主權，使被害人身心受辱，對社會治安及身安全危害非輕，依乘機猥褻罪，判處10月有期徒刑，仍可上訴。至於他另被控性侵部分，由新北地院審理中。(中央社)
