中國實體經濟(數據顯示)表現疲弱,在加上房地產泡沫破滅,

影子銀行違約,地方政府債務持續擴大等隱憂,

中國經濟前景比想像更糟!

但人民幣匯率卻重啟升勢,主要是為了避免資金進一步外逃!

維持強勢人民幣不利出口表現,卻是不得不的決定! (這會造成惡性循環!)

因為一旦貶值預期心理形成,資金外逃壓力勢必擴大,

加速金融體系崩盤速度!

既然匯率動不了,中國為了達成今年 GDP 7.5%的目標,

未來應該會從降息著手!

台灣到8月底為止,人民幣的存款餘額為人民幣 2952.44億元.

保守估計逾六成要靠轉存到中國銀行台北分行去化,

換句話說,台灣不僅要承擔中國經濟硬著陸的高風險,

還會造成國家安全問題,甚至危及金融穩定,

必須提早因應!
