小弟最近有幸拿到鼎天國際的offer，公司為廣達關係企業、產品為GPS應用，面試時福利部份沒問得很仔細，想請問板上前輩們內部的制度與文化： 1.年終獎金：是否保障2個月基本年薪14個月? 2.員工分紅：是否有發放、時間與方式? 3.用餐補助：是否供午晚餐及餐費補助? 4.加班休假：責任制或加班可申請津貼或補休? 感覺公司對研發技術很重視也很有信心，但業務單位不知怎樣，似乎沒有PM? 先謝過板上前輩們，希望能有情報做個參考，若不方便私下水球或寄信也可... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.53.166
