第一次在ptt發文就是慘痛經驗前陣子和同事一起迷上水果美白，幾乎是每天吃一顆奇異果+檸檬+芭樂，加上使用卡尼爾美白淡斑精華塗抹，好不容易持續了兩個月，腳和手的色差終於比較不明顯，臉部皮膚也比較透亮，可喜可賀。殊不知去了一趟野台演唱會，一下午都在烈日的荼毒下渡過，雖然沒有穿小外套，不過有撐傘，也有1個小時補擦防曬，（身體是用蜜妮藍瓶白蓋spf48，臉部是curel spf25），想說應該可以撐過去。沒想到……回到家看著自己就是慘不忍賭來形容，手上的曬班整個冒出來，整個變斑點妹，色差比之前還明顯，腳背也變成兩截，經過那一天深深被打敗，一般上班騎車這兩瓶防曬還是可以發揮作用，如果是在在戶外長時間覺得很不夠力，儘管有補擦還是會曬黑，兩個月的努力瞬間歸零，我恨夏天:-(。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.135.4
