颱風天飛機起降標準　民航局今邀業者討論

復興航空一架ATR72型客機上個月23日晚上在澎湖馬公墜毀，造成48人不幸罹難、10人受傷。當天因颱風剛過境，天候狀況還不穩定 引起外界質疑天候不良，卻讓飛機起降的爭議，立委要求民航局檢討颱風天機場起降標準。民航局今天下午將邀集航公司業者討論雷雨、颱風天的作業標準，聽聽業者的意見，要怎麼訂定，才不致引起作業上的困擾。
 
民航局指出，現行台灣各機場起降規範，都是根據國際標準訂定，且各機型有不同的能見度要求與起降程序，航管提供天氣資訊，由機師自行決定是否起降。目前國內機場也有開放飛國際包機，若國內機場與國際機場訂定不一樣的起降標準，遇到雷雨或颱風天氣，飛機飛到原訂機場不能降落，改落桃園或小港等國際機場，可能也會引發爭議，今天開會主要是聽聽業者的意見，以便草擬出可行的調整方案。(陳如嬌∕台北報導)
