至於你說的農地該不該買,
如果你買的農地夠大,
萬一政府有徵收,
要賺的錢並不是政府徵收你土地的錢,
而是你農地給政府,政府換回給你大約0.3~0.4左右的建地回來給你,
用農地換回建地,當然,只能換回3成到4成左右大小,
你再把換回的建地賣給別人,賺的是賣建地的錢,
不過,如果你的農地不夠大,
換回的建地太小,出售的價格就比較不好,
也有可能因為農地不夠大,小於政府所規定最小的面積,
這樣的話,只能拿錢,沒辦法參與配地了!
