被視為陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘命案關鍵人物的上士范佐憲遭網友肉搜，遭到立委爆料軍中有副業。對此，陸軍司令部表示以交由軍檢署調查，為范佐憲的父親則是為兒子喊冤，強調兒子在軍中沒有副業。

民進黨立委委蔡其昌質疑，一名士官月入4萬多元，卻可以開進口名車、騎重機，生活如此優渥；他表示接獲爆料，稱范佐憲在軍中有副業，蔡其昌要求國防部要調查清楚。

陸軍司令部17日晚間舉行記者會，說明洪仲丘命案案情，針對立委指稱范佐憲在軍中有副業，陸軍政戰主任曾有福表示，已交由軍檢署偵辦，將追查真相，絕不寬待。

一名自稱上士范佐憲的弟弟的觀眾17日直接向電視節目call in，為范佐憲喊冤，范佐憲的父親也接受電視新聞電訪，駁斥范佐憲兼差的說法。
