民進黨今天舉行全國黨員代表大會，主持人首度由年齡不到30歲、有太陽花學運背景的民進黨青年部主任傅偉哲、民主學院副主任吳沛憶擔任，創下歷任全代會最年輕主持人的紀錄。黨務幹部表示，黨主席蔡英文上任後，重視青年聲音，除任用青年出任黨務幹部，全代會主持人也由新生代歷練、主持，全代會主軸「清廉勤政、改革出陣」，其中「出陣」也盼使用年輕人的語彙，拉近與新世代的距離。
