請問小巷子減速擦撞責任歸屬？

今天在路上發生小擦撞
巷子T字型雙向通車

我方機車(藍色)騎乘在巷子內
見左前方巷子口有路牌(綠色處)
便減速，車頭偏左以方便查看
沒想到後面一台機車(橘色方)
欲從我左邊超車不成，導致擦撞到我左邊車殼

他的車子向左倒臥後滑行至前方
我趕緊上去查看對方是女生幾處皮肉傷
對方車子則是前車殼和車燈都損壞
我的車子則是左邊車殼小刮傷
左後照鏡及左煞車拉桿被撞斷

他劈頭就問 "你為何轉彎不打方向燈？"
我說我沒有要轉彎我只是想看清楚路牌而已
他又說 "可是你車子靠左邊騎又沒打方向燈我以為你要左轉"

由於我們雙方都趕時間
且不知道肇事責任歸屬
就沒請警察處理，最後互不賠償和解了

但還是想提出來詢問網友
這種擦撞的責任歸屬？
我是否應該先打方向燈靠右看路牌？
對方騎乘巷子遇到路口是否需要減速？
雙向的巷子裡是否可進行超車？
