反中國霸凌 菲NGO擬全球發動示威

為抗議中國於處理南海爭端時「違犯國際海洋法」的行徑，菲律賓非政府組織「西菲律賓海聯盟」(The West Philippine Sea coalition)擬在本月24日中午12時到2時在菲律賓、美國、英國、義大利、以色列等國的中國大使館與領事館前，同步舉行示威活動。

該聯盟主要發起人、菲律賓前內政部長阿農南(Rafael Alunan III)表示，他們發起示威抗議的原因是中國違反聯合國海洋法公約(UNCLOS)，並且霸凌菲律賓。

也擔任該聯盟發起人的菲國前國家安全顧問吳禮示(RolioGolez)則表示，這場示威只是1個起點。他們有意在全世界各地發起更大的示威活動，將菲國後院所發生的事告訴世人。

菲律賓與中國之間近來因南海主權爭端頗多齟齬。去年9月，菲律賓政府索性將鄰近菲律賓的南海區域(包含呂宋海、自由群島以及黃岩島海域)改名為「西菲律賓海」。
