大埔案現轉折 明天不拆4戶

（中央社記者黃名璽、謝佳珍台北4日電）大埔農戶拆遷爭議，苗栗縣政府預定5日拆遷竹南大埔4戶。不過，相關人士透露，目前情況已有轉折，明天暫不會拆。

在行政院前聚集的抗議群眾今天凌晨遭警方驅離後，大埔自救會等團體今天上午持續到行政院前抗議，一度爬過圍牆，闖進行政院院區，遭警方架離，現場混亂，氣氛緊張。

相關人士表示，目前拆遷情況已出現轉折，明天不會拆，但不保證未來不會，只是先緩拆；行政院、內政部、苗栗縣政府也將於後續盡力協調。

苗栗縣政府先前表示，基於整體利益考量，竹南科大埔都市計畫區內最後4戶仍需在5日前自行拆遷，期限過後縣府將依法執行。

台灣農村陣線和農戶則主張3年前行政院對大埔居民說「原屋保留、劃地還農」承諾未履行，和聲援群眾3日在行政院前抗議。

行政院日前表示，經苗栗縣政府都委會及內政部都委會邀集專家學者開會討論後，認為大埔4戶並不符合交通、公共安全、公平性及都市計畫合理性4項原則，所以苗栗縣政府才行文要求拆遷。1020704
